Technical Support – Important Clarifications

• The M.I.S. electronic submission works better in PCs of latest generation (e.g. computers of the last three years with 2GB of memory )
• Your browser must be :
  1. FireFox (any version)
  2. Chrome (any version)
• M.I.S. Electronic Submission uses pop – up windows in order to display information. The latest browsers often block pop – up windows in order to protect the user from malicious actions.
• In case you face any problems while using the MIS, please set your bowser so that it allows the pop – up windowsIt is possible that the correct function of the MIS could be affected by some browsers add-ons that run while trying to improve your browsers performance. In case you are facing problems using of the MIS application please try deactivating all browsers’ add-ons.
